Its main purpose is to offer instant feedback and answers to any queries related to khatian and mouza maps. This app allows any citizen of Bangladesh to easily search for a specific khatian, access information, and apply for a certified copy of their desired khatian. It also provides comprehensive information about mouzas, allowing users to search, view, and apply for certified mouzas based on their requirements. The app also offers other digital land services such as online land development tax, budget management, rest certificate cases, and online review cases.

Furthermore, when citizens apply for any services related to Khatian and Mouza, they will be provided with a tracking ID, which allows them to track the current status of their application. Authorized monitoring authorities can access summarized reports related to Khatian and Mouza through their dashboard.
